This journal is dedicated to all the parents who are seeking a different relationship with their child(ren). Every one of us is doing the best we can with what we have and know in that moment. One thing I know for certain: Every one of us loves our child(ren) and want to best for them. And sometimes that takes a little extra work on and reflection on our part. Each page features a question or prompt to help you explore your own early experiences with love, big emotions, and feeling safe and secure. It also includes some resources for more learning and support in your parenting (or re-parenting) journey.
