Circle of Security Parenting

COS-P is an eight week group experience for parents and caregivers. Each class meets weekly for 90 minutes to go over one chapter at a time, including video and discussion. Parents are encouraged to share stories and experiences, ask questions, and explore their own childhood and attachment. To fidelity, this approach is aimed at parents/caregivers with children birth - 6yrs old. Here’s my honest belief on it though… The needs we talk about in this class (to explore, be comforted, feel safe and secure) don’t just disappear or cease to be needs after a certain age. They are lifelong! Therefore, if a parent is ready for a new perspective on parenting and how they interact/relate to their children, then all are welcome.

Virtual classes are taught year-round and held over zoom. Parents receive workbooks as part of their enrollment, as well as certificates of participation at the conclusion of class. If individuals reside in WA state, I am able to bill for the following insurance plans:

Molina, Coordinated Care, Amerigroup & CHPW
Premera, BCBS, Regence, First Choice, Optum, UHC/UBH, Aetna, Asuris NW

For those participants who reside outside of WA state, or those who would like to opt out of using insurance, a self-pay option is available. That cost is $150 per person, or $250 per couple (that is for the entire eight weeks of group, not per session).
